REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") sets out the guidelines, terms, and conditions under which customers may get a refund for the products purchased from www.aromencia.com  ("we," "us," or "our") online website and/or any other platform(s).

 

1.      REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

1.1.   Eligible Items:

Products eligible for the refund must satisfy our product eligible for refund condition as mentioned below.

Ø  Images or videos to support the refund complaint with Batch details, and order details clearly visible should be provided to us at customersupport@aromencia.com , without which we cannot process the request.

Ø  In case the product is not sealed/leaking/ broken products –clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton, and outer packaging images too should be shared on our above-mentioned email ID. Please also send images to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.

Ø  In case the product received is empty or the volume of the product is less or the product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered- clear images or video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or the product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear images or video of spillage (if any wherever applicable), mono-carton and outer packaging images too.

Ø  In case the internal packaging and the outer packaging received are very dirty- clear images or video of the complete open package received along with clear images or video of the mono-carton and outer packaging

1.2.   Initiation and Timeframe:

Ø  Customers must initiate the refund process within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Ø  To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team at customersupport@aromencia.com  and provide the order number and product details.

 

2.      REFUNDS

3.1 Refund Timing:

Ø  Refunds may take varying time periods to be reflected in the customer's account, subject to the processing time of the payment provider.

3.2 Missing or Late Refunds:

Ø  Customers are advised to check their bank account and contact their payment provider if the refund is not received within the expected time frame.

 

3.      EXCHANGES

4.1 Defective or Damaged Products:

Ø  We will only refund items if they are defective or damaged.

Ø  To request a refund for a defective or damaged product, contact our customer service immediately.

 

4.      DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

5.1 Reporting:

Ø  Customers must report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of receipt, providing a description and photo/ video evidence.

5.2 Resolution:

Ø  Upon verification of the issue, we will offer a refund for the damaged or defective product.

 

5.      LEGAL COMPLIANCE

6.1 Policy Changes:

Ø  M/S VEERBHAN INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.

6.2 Agreement to Policy:

Ø  By making a purchase with www.aromencia.com , customers agree to and accept the terms of this Refund Policy.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION BY M/S VEERBHAN INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED:

There may be certain orders that M/S VEERBHAN INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue that M/S VEERBHAN INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

 

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on customersupport@aromencia.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care on +91-7042052422  (Timings: 9:30 am - 5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 7% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
